just got my 09 cobalt ss/tc and im liking it! i had an 05 ss/sc a few years ago but gave it up because of financial issues. i bought mine from a dealership outta town, other than it seems to have the "rear brake issue" i read about its a beast, almost scary. almost bought a g35 coupe, but it wasnt what i expected from an infiniti. the g35 was pretty and quick but it seemed to vibrate hard and g35's dont really respond to mods except f.i. and they like gas. so instead of looking like i have money i decided to go with performance which is why i went with i ss. now i gotta start doing research. cant wait to get it on the track

 

nice choice. the G35 and SS are definitely different beast. I'd only go the G35 for show and as you said, the SS for performance. Good choice and you will be glad you have something leftover to put into the bank.

 

actually the g35's i looked at were the same price or cheaper than the ss i bought but they were older, some with more miles.
