So how would a stock SS TC hold up against a GTI VR6? I'm thinking its early 2000s, kid says it has exhaust, headers, cai, forged pistons, bored out and stage 2 clutch and flywheel.

and yes .. thats true.. i raced a R32 cuz i thought they were something before i went down to my 2.95 pulley

honked off .. heard him go.. yanked hard.. shifted to 4th let off thinking he stopped accelerating then i heard his beastly exhaust when the car got next to me ... i hit the gas again and peaced out lol

Hahah they're slow. I have a guy at work that swears he will rape me. He has an 03 gti with a chip intake and catback but everytime I ask him to run he makes up another excuse that he's getting something fixed lol

 

You will win....but his car will sound better. Those VR6s have probably one of the sexiest exhaust notes ever created.

 

i pulled one real good when i was only GM Stage 1 + air box mod in my SS/SC. you will win for sure. the guy i raced had a full exhaust and intake.

 

Actually i heard the car and it didnt sound much different than a mazda mx3 with a fart can, and this town in swarmed with them i dont get whats so appealing about them, this one kid tried to do a ricer fly-by but i kinda blipped the throttle and prevented the fly-by...but im not planning on racing the VR6 was just wondering what would happen if i end up crossing that bridge. thanks dudes.
