He probably broke one of the two nipples off that go into the rubber support on the bottom of the radiator. You can JB Weld the nipple back on. The nipple is usually still stuck in the rubber bushing. I would suggest a new radiator, though.

I hit a rabbit doing 90 broke my radiator mount on the right side but no leaks. The best deal i found was ebay. I think there is some third party auto parts sites that have them for like 120$ and come with some sort of warr.

Damn they quoted you 1k for parts and labor, Did you ask if they were going to come pick the car up with a tow truck and replace the radiator datail the car completely and tow it back to your house with a full tank of gas and a oil change

You don't have to take the bumper off to replace the radiator. I've cracked my radiator 3 times in the same spot and I have never taken my bumper off to change it. It's easier if you do though. I just take the grille out. Then take out some of the tabs for the bumper that are up top and remove or just bend the hood release and you can take the radiator out that way. Takes me about 30-40 minutes. Also OP if you're swapping radiators stop at your local parts store and pick up some worm clamps for the hoses. The factory clamps are garbage.

they quoted me 1k because i cracked the housing on the radiator fan, so they wanted to replace that too, but i am just gonna patch it back together myself instead of replacing the whole thing.
