they should be available again in a couple weeks. I would pre-order one if you want one this run. I know I did.

What is our price on these since you are doing the pre orders and having K&N direct ship? Will it be cheaper to wait for your group buy or just go this route. Thanks Aaron

Have you guys been removing the lower intake tube that goes down into the front fascia when installing the k&n?

I didn't, can't think of a reason to remove the snorkel.

Yes

I can try making one if I can find somebody to film for me. On a related note, I've found that the K&N sounds great with the MPx Catback. The K&N bypass and turbo sound paired with the MPx's growl under WOT makes for a good pairing. The two distinct sounds don't "step on each other".

Thanks for heads up on that, That's alot better of a deal then other places I have found. Lowest I found was $276 with free shipping. I will be ordering 1 of these today now.

Now only 39 available.

When the revised bracket comes out, can I simply swap them with the intake bracket they originally came out with?

I called my dealer a few days ago just to see if they would still honor my warranty if i put this k&n intake on, and the service manager said i would 100% void my powertrain warranty. Im completely stock and just had plans to get this intake, honestly to get some more sound out of the car. But now im afraid of losing my warranty. It really is complete bs. Anyone else's dealer's as strict as mine?

Theyre blowing smoke up your behind
Thats just that dealer being afraid of not being reimbursed for warranty work on your car, some dealers arent going to spend ANY time arguing with GM on a claim involving customer modifications. Some will fight for the customer in order to keep business and reputation. It all depends on who you see

just put the stock airbox back on when you go to get service done. its not like they can tell that you had it on there, if its not there when they see it
