There isn't any information regarding that yet for the Cobalt. You can read up on all of the information on the one of the HHR/SKY/Solstice at my site to get an idea.

does the lnf upgrade kit give as much horsepower on the cobalt as the other lnf vechiels

Crateenginedepot claims 280 HP/320 torque with the cobalt, so no, not as mush as of the other LNF's

Dynos have been around 270-275 whp and 300-310 wtq

Based on the ECM file, I wouldn't expect the hp gains to be very high.
