My car only pushes 5 psi and when i let off the gas instead of hearing the quick psssh of the diverter valve, i hear eda SUPER loud drug out blow off valve noise, all hoses are connected and my end tanks are still on the intercooler! lol Could this be the diverter valve?

Did you get any CELs?? If not look at your lower map sensor, it might be loose. GMS1 kit has a trend of causing the 5 psi / limp mode.

 

nope, CEL's, and now it just went away!!! hmmm, maybe i should check out the wiring on those map sensors.......

 

Yea, my guess is that the dealer didn't solder (spelling??) the wires, that may be the problem. I just had the dealer solder my wires on the lower charge pipe because I had the P0236 pop up and only boosted 5 psi. So far no issues, two weeks going strong.

 

I had that same problem for a month straight.....5 psi boost and turbo flutter. The bottom end of my chargepiping had a hole in it. Took it to the dealer and they replaced it, and now it runs fine.
