Exclamation Multiple DTCs

Hi guys. Been having those codes for a while now and looking forward to find the issue.

P013A (This has to be erased by tuner)
HO2S Slow Response Rich to Lean Sensor 2

P0138
HO2S Circuit High Voltage Sensor 2

P0140
HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Sensor 2

P2097
Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System High Limit Bank 1

Cars runs fine, sometimes idles with a bit of hesitation, gas mileage is normal.

I'm leaning towards a faulty 02 sensor, the one after the downpipe.

I have a MPX Catless Downpipe with muffler delete. HP Tuned.

What's your take on this?

Thanks for your time

If the sensor is getting more air than it should, yes he would get a high circuit. Slobalt is correct.

Just ordered a new rear O2 sensor and I'll go from there since all the codes lead to it. Cars has been tuned back in July and all the problems started appearing recently. I'll keep you updated.

That rear O2 is a pita. Even with zzp pipe that prevents it from throwing code, it can get wet from condensation and throw code. First thing to try is clean it , dry it and reinstall, if that don't work order new one
