I think it has to do more with the air flow of the turbo then the amount of boost it can create

Yea but if there isnt enough pressure to go into the IC then not enough will come out which will cause you to lose pressure right?

(as long as there are no leaks) the turbo is reaching a point where it cant flow anymore air (choke point, right line of a compressor map)

and if your losing more than 1-2 psi from the turbo to the TB then you need to go look for leaks.

My boost falls from 24 to 20 then at 6,000 to 6,8000 it falls to 16 but my HP is still at 300
thats on HP the boost guage in the car shows it at 25-26 and stays at 20 the rest of the way.

i got a 25 one and mine will hold for a sec or 2 then drops down to 22 or 23 then drops more once i get in to the upper rpm not sure what it falls to pay attention to the road and my shifting. i do think i need to data log for him just so i can get a summer tune more so for the humidity

I can't really pinpoint when it drops but I know it spikes 23.5 for a split second and then quickly falls right to 20.3 to 21. something

I just got in touch with zzp and I'm getting one without the bov flange on it so I should be better off cause I think I had a slight leak
