i think your talking about the charge piping because im pretty sure(correct me if im wrong) but 2008-2010 SS/TC's are the EXACT same engine and set-up

Correct. Same intake 08, 09, and 10.

the only problem is the sales guys at K&N told me they didnt make one for the 2010 yet along with AEM and GM parts. that was all i got from them

Congrats, welcome to the money pit...first this part then that, then a tune...holy crap! now it's fast, then it doesn't feel as fast, then you get more mods etc. It's a fun car enjoy
