New clutch question, NLS?
i THINK that there is clutches that are NLS capable and NO NLS capable...i THINK but ive thought i read that somewhere on here.
my buddy had a clutchmaster clutch (along with other mods) he NLS'd at the track and BOOM
3rd gear.

You can NLS with any clutch, but some are more forgiving than others. I don't recommend doing it with any after market clutches, but people do it without blowing the trans so its up to you if you want to take the chance.
Most people who upgrade there clutches are also Modded. More torque equals NLS bad idea. Everytime you shift normally you drop some boost and reduce torque and even when shifting fast it is easier on the transmission. when you NLS you are loading it with more boost and more torque. Third gear has more load and more traction first and second so you are more likely to blow it out. ESPECIALLY if you NLS!
A better clutch also slips less which puts more stress on the transmission as it cant blead any torque off.
All clutches can NLS as it is a computer algerithm and not a feature of the actual clutch.
