Here is some new goodies i have gotten so far. Waiting on others such ad hahn delete plate and synapse intercooler piping with my flange welded on for my external bov valve.

Where are you going to mount your turbo timer?!

 

Really do not see the point of a turbo timer on this car but whatever makes ya happy.

 

Or a BOV...

 

Neither is necessary, but hey, to each their own.

 

BOV's sound ******* amazing on these cars its rediculous. i dunno much about turbo timers but i didnt think we needed one. but im sure it doesnt hurt at all.

anyways post up a sound clip of that BOV, havent heard that one yet. im sure its probobly exactly the same as my greddy. but nice choice My BPV delete plate is gonna be here tommorow. apparently Hahn needed to machine them. im assuming yours will be there tommorow as well

 

I think the stock recric valve sounds good the BOV is just a sound mod unless of course you are getting up into the bigger turbos and such. Just a waste of money from my view point but as said to each his own.

 

I had a HKS setup. Wish I would have kept it, but not so much anymore cause my AEM intake makes the stock recirc pretty loud now

 

I have a hard time believing the intake makes the BPV that louder lol!

yep mine sounds just like that without having a BOV>..its money that is pointless to spend IMO.

 

acutaly i need both! im upgrading my turbo so i need an external BOV and i run it at the drags every weekend and she gets HOT and i hate having to sit in the car waiting for it to cool. and im not about to leave my car running unattended.

I will post up a vid once i recieve my snyapse intercooler piping. Also the BOV i went with is the turboXs type h-RFL and is realy loud. Youtube it.

 

To save money buy an intake that makes a nice BOV sound itself, like the hahn or the AEM, no money wasting there. You get a BOV sound like u want and about 15 HP and TQ
