Congrats!!!! Just ordered mine too and the wait is killer!!!!!!! Pure agony!

 

But they do better on the N-Ring. (Curves) Stock for stock look at the cars they stomp on the track with curves, and look at what they run in the 1/4.

Its just a better all around car, not to mention FWD isn't the best drag setup out there.

 

Sunroof=Badass. It doesn't get that bad in B.C.

 

I'm not against sunroof's, just ads weight to the worst part of the car + more things to break...

I just always forget I have one, I have had one in my current car for 3 years, I have used it only a few times. I usually end up forgetting I even have one..

 

Agreed, although I am against them. More cost, weight, leaks, and less headroom. I can't think of anything positive to say about them. But, like you, my DD has one. Not by choice, but to get the other nice options car companies usually make you get a sun/moon roof At least it is an à la carte option on the SS/TC...if dealers would just quit ordering it

Dealers tend to order cars within price ranges and based off past experience with what has been ordered and purchased. They can't possibly put every combination of features together, so they take the "safe" route and order it fully loaded, or, with maybe 1 or 2 extra features.

Personally, I like the sunroof and since I park in the garage at night if I fog up in the morning I pop the sunroof (even in the dead of winter) to cause airflow in the car and no more fog without using the defrost .

In any case, congrats on the purchase, now sit patiently and wait for delivery...when it arrives it will be worth the wait .
