Oil Cooler Question
Before asking the question, I live in Central Louisiana, for anyone from East Texas/Louisiana in general you can understand why I am going to ask the question. It can get over 100 degrees here with humidity in the 75+ percent range, and for that, months on end.
I'd like to add an auxillary oil cooler, has anyone done this and if so where did you tap your pressure lines? If not, I'll go it alone and post my own pics, then report on before/after engine oil temperature differences.

I know the LE5 and LNF share the second gen Ecotec block design. And I know the oil cooler was removed from the LE5 because it was determined it was not needed. I'll assume same is true for the LNF and that it's not needed.

LNFs and LSJ already have an oil cooler.
IMO let it be, I am sure 100+ degree weather was factored in when the engine was designed and tested.
Having your oil or Auto trans fluid too cool isn't the best idea either.
