P0236 code

Alright i did some research on it and already know i have a bad gms1 map sensor. Showing the classic signs of not going over 5psi and the ESC popping up from time to time. My question is:

When i buy new gms1 map sensors do i need to reprogram the sensors to work with my SSTC?

If I do, do i need a new tune from vince with trifecta?

No, just take the old sensor out and replace it. 5 minute job tops.

You checked the wiring is fine right? Mine threw a P0236/P0237 (at the same time the valves **** the bed for the second time) last week and the wiring harness was corroding where the joints wolder soldered/insulated/wrapped/etc.

either a wiring issue or it has come unplugged. Don't just replace, must check wiring too.
