Rear Brakes FILE COMPLAINT HERE SO WE CAN GET A RECALL

http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/ivoq/index.cfm

spend 2 minutes here to file a complaint about the rear brakes. Many people seem to be complaining about this, put it in writing here, and they will eventually be forced to perform a recall.

44 people (including me have filed so far.)

they wear out too quickly (and the rotors are being scored at 100mile-20000mile cars)

Also inside rear pads start to get noisy

my rear disc brakes 'rub and make eerie screeching noises' when I put the car in reverse and move around, 09 SS LNF. how do I phrase that 'appropriately'?

Will do whenever I get to writing my VIN down.
Anyone have a picture of what Scoring looks like? I'm on 1400 miles and the rear rotors look "black" where the pad meets the rotor while the front all looks Silver..but I did notice them squeaking.

Added my car.
I checked the rear rotors Saturday when they had it up on the lift putting on my new tires.
Driver side deep groves inside about 1 inch down from the top. Passenger side light grooving over the entire inside.
Outside clean both sides.

Just feel them, if they feel smooth your OK for now, when they start scoring they start getting grooves in them.

I've submitted twice already. Once for the first time, and now the second after it's happening again. Even if you've already had this 'fixed', it's going to happen again, file another complaint.
