Anyone driving with HID's in stock housings should be ticketed immediately and towed. **** is so rude to be driving around like that. Makes me want to get a million candle power spotlight and start shining it in their car when I see them coming down the road.
This is the reason I would like them banned: because most are going to go the cheap route and blind the **** out of me with 200% glare.

Fitting a real projector into a stock headlight housing is not "ricer"...going out and getting like the gen 3,4 headlights is "ricer" IMO. Thats like saying that BMW, Lexus, Mercedes are ricer because they have projectors instead of halogen bulbs. Doing a good retrofit is far from ricer

the original t/c seats I had, I couldn't agree with you more. But the most recent ones I swapped into like to play grab-ass with me every time I change lanes or hit a bump .

Were there more than one style of ss/tc seats? I thought they were identical from 08-2010. I'm guessing that the side bolster was adjusted different between the seats you had or something like that. You can pull the side bolsters in if needed ...... they hold pretty well .

20 years and most of the civic owners you see use projectors? What world do you live in? Where I come from they all use purple or blue bulbs in stock housings. You know.. that 30 dollar mod that goes with the big muffler and stickers. Rare to see a well done civic around here.

At any rate I really don't care, just having fun debating on a forum. Merry Christmas everyone!

no there weren't different "styles". I swapped from red/black seats to all black. Except the driver seat was pretty used evidently lol

Both SS/TC and the 'Vette are "designed" and "Fine tuned" by GM Performance Division. That's why the handling is good on both off the factory.

As far as the projector debate, HID bulbs in Halogen reflector housing = ricer. HID bulbs in PROPER HID PROJECTOR (i.e. looks like fish eye) when retrofitted right is a proper way to go with HIDs...

Look at the C6 Z06 headlights, and ... they come with proper Xenon HID projectors off the factory. I guess according to your definition C6 just became a ricer.

Also, 20 years of modifying cars?? Are we talking changing batteries for better ones and upgrading the tires? It's easy to claim stuff on the internet...

I have an 8 year degree in quantum physics. Graduated from MIT with flying colors.

^^^ See how easy that was? No, I don't have a degree in quantum physics and I never went to MIT, but if I claim something like "20 yrs of experience" while making a post that clearly doesn't make any sense (most of civics in NW don't use anything but HIDs in reflector stock housings or eBay cheap Halogen projectors with HID bulbs installed) I'm the one who'll end up sounding stupid. Just sayin'...
