i like the TC seats they fit my skinny ass better and feel more snug than the recaros did.

I thought the turbo cars had recaros they just weren't labeled? I've never sat in the lnf seats but I like my recaros.

Buddy of mine worked for a company (not Recaro, maybe a GM division?) that made the seats for the '05? '06? SS ('04?)

Anyway, the bolsters then were round metal bar welded to a U-shaped bigger bar (the frame of the seat - imagine an upside-down U). You can bend them, but too many times and (maybe) the welds could break.

I know, not the SS/TC, but sounds like my seats ('10 SS/TC)

All the bolsters are a metal tube, which is why you can bend them around to make them tighter or give more room. Even on the base model seats, you can pull them in a bit and get some bolster shaping.
