handling isn't the main reason people are getting rid of their cars. have you seen the inside of ours compared to an evo or sti??

you shouldnt compare the inside of a cobalt to an evo because other then nicer seats the evo is a pile of **** inside unless you get an evo 10. an sti is the whole package, interior, exterior, suspension, the whole thing. the lnf cobalts are the best bang for the buck if you really wanna get down to business.

People are selling these cars because they fall apart after driving them for a relatively short period of time.

Actually Matty.....I drove an EVO 10 and the seats were the only thing that impressed me as far as the interior goes.........

I did think that the dash or gauge cluster was anything special and u don't even get a goddamn boost gauge. In the EVO 10

Ya the acceleration was a let down and it was a brute to drive.......felt like I was driving a Challenger......so in all honesty I don't know what else the EvO has compared to the SS/TC

Seats......engine(but I think the LNF could match it)......build quality?????

Oh I know......4 doors

Drove both a 2011 EVO and STI and both cars let me down with te hype that I always hear about them.......I get more mind blowing acceleration with my modest SS/TC with a GMS1

The classes are separated by price, that's it.

I've got 60k on mine and its fine. The problem is stupid kids that abuse the hell out of their cars and can't figure out why stuff breaks.

Why would they? They cost almost double the price.

STIs have a pretty boring interior too, not the brand new ones tho..
my friends evo 10 is pretty boring too....

awd is nice, but then get a subaru legacy... has good awd, and amazing interior... and is pretty quick

and as far as i know, our LSD lnfs are not too shabby either... no AWD, but not far from it

ohh yeaaa, and thats not the evo 10, its the mr edition...

They do a Lightning Lap every year, they have tested the Evo 10 in a couple different configurations.

I've surprised countless cars on that very same track. I get the pleasure of running the normal VIR full confit and then once a year being able to run the Grand East config like they do for the Lightning Lap. It is rarely open for track days.

I'll say that a time of 2:13 on the Grand is smokin hot. Like crazy fast, but it better be with a Pro driver. Me? I have to cheat a little with a modded car. Down to 2:07s durin the last outing
