to those that are selling there balts for a EVO/STI/S2K/ETC!
are you sure about that one, forced performance, atp, full race, treadstone and i am pretty sure there are others that i am forgetting that make bolt on turbo options that use stock manifolds, its a quite common practice thats why a lot of people are waiting for the EFR set up so bad
The reason that my car is selling is because I do shows every year. I love the look and feel of this car. I get plenty of old guys that say "That is the cleanest Cobalt I've ever seen." My passion has been and always will be restoring a 1991 GMC Syclone from the ground up no matter what the cost. I will always love this car like my past 1998 SVT Contour and 2003 SVT Focus but times are a changing and cars always will too.
lmaoo. cmon man. tthats not very nice
only car i would trade my car for is a 335i bmw. my friends got one, 450whp. stock internals.
engine can handle a lot. !!!
i have a lot of friends with the n54 engine, and they all got 400+whp with stock internals
very similar to the LNF

GTI has the nicest interior for under $20k! As for performance its not bad, but no SS/TC! The build quality on my car sucks. I bought my car practically new and I found loose bolts nuts and various gaps in panels etc. The car feels cheap. It just the truth. Not saying its not reliable because word around here is the GTI is the same as the SS just $300 more to do anything minimum.
My opinion is my love for my car is renewed. I am happy with it presently. Sure I wouldnt mind something nice like an EvoX or 370z but the Balt is a fast car that seems to have treated me good.

i live in utah and if it didnt snow too much i would own a rwd car, like 135, supra, z06 something badass but when i need a daily driver for snow days its not practical, so its evo or sti in this city till i make enough to have multiple cars
One of my buddies have a evo 8. Engine blewn, he just got a built one put in. Another buddy had a evo x and the motor blew on that due to a recall on their fuel relay but wouldnt warrenty it because of cat delete. My brother has a 09 wrx and wishes he got a cobalt ss after driving mine. Cobalt ss is better than all imo. Just sayin.
I totaled one two years ago and missed it so much i had to buy another one... In between those cars i have owned a 2006 Bmw M roadster and a mazdaspeed( which is my project car now). And i just had to have another one... That says alot... One has awd and the other is a f'n blast to drive...
I don't understand it why people buy a car to portray a certain image of themselves. Long story short I'm only 23 and make six figures. I have nothing to prove to any one so I buy a car because I love that car. I have a cobalt ss tc, corvette, and just bought a cts-v sedan(supercharged). Why would someone say that ohh it's a little boys car or a poor mans car? For example, an evo, sti, srt4, as well as ss can all be had with a 20 dollar an hour job but the majority of the people I know that drive these cars make much more and have other cars than just one of these. They may all be considered "econo boxes" but I think there all a blast to drive and will continue to drive such cars for as long as I can because there so much fun.
Evos and stis are fkn expensive atleast for me they are. Only way to get a good evo or sti is to buy it almost if not new. Other than that most of have been beaten/driven hard. Where I live (Chicago) most evos and stis are over priced and have a bunch of miles. I was going to get one but went with the tc ss. As for interior the SS SC had a pretty crappy interior but the SS TC is another different story it is 100x better.

Man my interior on the SS SC was so fkd up, that's why in my opinion I say its 100x better. But we all got different opinions and tastes. As for evos and stis if I had money like that I would have prob. gotten one too, getting my tc cobalt was not a bad decision at all though.

I want that 135i.
