Throttle pedal vibration?

Does anyone else notice a lot of vibration through the throttle? It is surprising since it is drive by wire, so it is isolated from the engine. At 50-60 MPH, I can feel the pedal vibrating quite a lot. This isn't great for long trips since it can fatigue/numb your foot.

Just the pedal? No vibration at all in the steering wheel?

Just the throttle pedal. The brake and clutch feel fine as does the steering. It's drive by wire so there's no reason for the engine to transmit NVH to the throttle.

I feel this to from time to time it always seems to be road variations as I've narrowed it down to only a few places where I drive. Could be something different but that what's mine seems to do.
