OK so I thought there was a tunning section but I couldn't find it. I was wondering since this is my first time doing it do I data log both tunes or just the performance one, also do I data log WOT 1-4 or just 3rd gear?? A quick answer would be helpful since I'm doing this on my lunch break in ten minutes, also I would like to point out for the flamers that I asked vince this in an email an hour ago but still haven't gotten a response that is why I'm asking here

 

You're going to want to get as much driving and rpm variations as you can. Mild cruising, highway cruising, some good wot pulls, and a solid wot 3rd gear 3k-redline pull without lifting.

Do a few 2-3 pulls. a 3 pull. idle. crusing.

Also make sure your doing it somewhere safe. Don't want to be doing logging runs on a populated street.

dont mean to threadjack but since you mentioned him not responding, how long do you guys usually have to wait for tune updates? i have been waiting for 2 weeks with no word...

i see, thanks for the info. I was using WOT-Tuning because I dont actually know who the tune was purchased from as my car came with it. maybe Ill send them a second reminder..

 

Yeah using WOT is a good thing. You have a ticket and service request. Plus Vince monitors those as well. But you definitely need to stay on top of it if you are doing it yourself cause he does get very busy.
