trifecta tune gone

just got my car back from replacing my turbo, all warranty but my trifecta tune is gone..im gonna repost later on things that were wrong with y car but does anyone think or know if trifecta can resend a tune for the shipping cost or something like that

you just need ez flash and a cable and you get your tune back on your car thats why its better to buy your own cable just in case this happens, but thats odd your tune got deleted
