Trouble Codes

Car has a bad mab catless dp. It was throwing the cat inefficiency code. Installed vibrant defouler, fixed for a while. When installing I didnt unhook the sensor and spun the wires several times, ive since undone this due to a 02 code that kept popping up that wasnt for cats. Fast forward to today, three codes stored, brief definition below.
1) bank 1 sensor 2 lean
2) bank 1 sensor 2 heat circuit failure
3) bank 1 sensor 2 no activity

My buddy cleared them before I could write but we remember 2060,140,141? Could be wrong but those are for sure the definiton the scanner gave. Thoughts?

Bank1 is pre-cat O2. You need to replace it. or check for broken wire/bad connection.

Have a tuner disable them when you are running catless. Nature of the beast.

Bank 1 Sensor 2 is the post cat sensor.
