2 days ago. Not lucky i rarely get him anymore. ive had a issue and its supposedly with my car itself and i was calling and emailing everyday for almost a month straight

In case you didnt see the note on his website and or email replies, he went on vacation on the 20th and he stated to plan accordingly...

Well that's the bad thing about Trifecta.He is the only one that writes the tunes and he is in fact human so when he has emergency's or goes on vacation,Your left dead in the water.:/Shitty deal but it is what it is.

I'll agree on the emergency part, but to be honest I've never had anything go wrong with my tune after it was dialed in.
All my problems have been upgrading then needing a tune, which I plan around Vince's schedule.

As far as the vacation goes, he gives plenty of notice so people know. So don't plan on making any changes at that time that you need re-tuning.

Okay.Wasn't implying about anything you posted.Just saying he IS the only one that writes the tunes,so if in fact he has a family emergency or he plans a vacation and your tune is NOT finalized,your stuck waiting.Ive waited months for updates,the other delaer here has waited even longer than I have lol.I'll be going HPT here VERY soon.What happens if(god forbid) something happens to Vince.Your all screwed(who evers waiting for updates/reflashes.)Just saying.:/
Thats kind of true if somehting happens to Vince, but last time I spoke with Vince hes going to be hiring someone in to help with tuning and training them.
Nothing wrong with going HPT.

Ive offered to Vince several times to give me a copy of his stuff and I could handle updates for him to help out. He's been back and forth with the idea, not sure what his stance is now. I should email him again
