i saw that crazy thing yesterday at the long beach grand prix and the new ss/tc. i was really confused about the 290 hp they rated it at, but now i kno.

 

i'm hoping to be the first ss/tc owner here in the tri-state area. i found out a friend of mine is very close with one of the sales managers at my dealership and i was told once the car is out of production he can put a rush on the trasporting and delivery. they keep telling me i should be sitting in it sometime in hthe first few days of may. fingers crossed.

 

My 08 black/black has been ordered/signed for since begining of April(from my father's dealership), I saw the saw the orders for all dealerships in the tri-state. None so far have vin's. But it's a top sales location so hopefully it will be first to get one....I'll post the minute I have one.

 

Who in NJ has the SS/TC and what was your delivery date?

Took delivery 5/31. Don't know that I was first but wonder if I'm first few? First in Chicagoland? Who was first? It's mine though...got a big fat payment book to prove it haha.

NJ has a tie for first, same here. Papers say 6/3 but I took delivery on 6/2 had to resign for 0% finance mistake.

 

if u wanna get technical i bought the car on 5/31 but i had to take out my speakers and tv from my truck before the trade and picked up the balt monday (6/2) so i guess u lose

 

Me getting techincal: I bought the car (signed papers) back in March! But as we all had to wait for it. So only thing we can go by is delivery date, hence it's a tie. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

 

only way to prove it is to come down here and show me lmfao we can race all these civic/mitsu-shiti/and rx8's around here.

south if you know mays landing thats where im at if not its abt 5-8 min west from Atlantic City. Havent ran a rx8 yet but i test drove 1 and the cobalt seemes much much faster.
