Apparently, a few of us are in the same boat. It seems that the cars that left after a certain time from Ohio were rerouted to Michigan for extra Q and A work (a bunch of them). That ended on Friday or Saturday, and now they are trying to get them out to the dealerships. Which is going a tad slow, since the main trucking company they use is on strike, so they are having to use some of the others. At least they are sending them directly by truck now, instead of rail.

Before I get flamed, I had my dealer speak with the people handling the shipping while I was sitting in his office. Another member or two confirmed the same thing when they spoke to their dealers.

My dealer has told me that it's a truck strike, the car has to go back to Michigan, then to Ohio, then up here. He said it was a turbo problem that GM wanted to fix before releasing the rest of the batch. I also have the VIN and everything. Only have $100 down on it through so not a huge deal if it never shows up...

I wish i could get an answer other than, "it hasnt arrived yet" but i guess its better off that its being fix at production rather than tryin to get warranty work done. oh well, one day ill have this car

Glad I found this post... lol I was planning on ripping my dealership a new one tomorrow because they are acting shady when it comes to telling me anything about the status of my car. Guess now I'll continue to be polite with them. They told me a week ago that it would be in for sure and still hasn't arrived...

hahahaha. WOW.
I've gone through EXACTLY what everyone else has posted.

Putting money down,
telling me it hasnt come yet,
the recall,
telling me it hasnt come yet,
thinking they are being shady, (my exact thoughts)
telling me about the trucking strike,
telling me it's not in yet but will be here within a week.
that was last tuesday, but Im not getting my hopes up one bit because thats what they told me a month ago when I put the money down.

its just so weird because everything everyone posted, I've went through.
its been a long journey, now get the cars here!
