08 Lnf revs drops

Last night I expierienced the rpms drop more than normal to like 300 rpms car has to be in neutral for it to do that, also once this happens the voltage of the whole car drops from like 14.4 normal to 12.2 than picks up again, If someone has any idea of what it could be let me know thanks in advanced

Most likely a vacuum/boost leak. I'm assuming you mean they drop to 300rpm when you push the clutch in and coasting or on the brake.

There's a cable from the starter to a bellhousing bolt, and from the fuse box (IIRC) to a stud underneath the driver's side headlight. My car would drop voltage, sometimes take a while to start, less often start in power reduced mode, and the boost/vac gauge would read very low during idle. Turned out I didn't tighten the ground on the bellhousing bolt well enough. Problems cleared right up.

I figured it out when I was reading a voltage difference between the engine and the chassis. If it is grounded properly there wouldn't be a difference. My issues were also somewhat intermittent.

my car will do this while driving, in gear..cruising down the road.

every light dims some
car loses a little bit of power, like it dips 2-3mph

it's very sporadic and happens under any and all conditions of weather or speeds. also does it at stop lights sitting idle in neutral with or without the brake on.

I've had this problem on both of my motors, I assume it's just how it is.
