09 cobalt sstc sedan engine swap ??

Hello friends ! Hope you been having a blessed day 🤙 I have a few problems I was hoping I could get help with . I have an 09 cobalt sstc sedan that recently got an engine swap. The old engine went to crap and the valves got bent and a lot of shavings. I found an lnf from a gxp solstice to replace it with that has 29k miles in it. Got a mechanic to do it . We had to replace a few things from the old engine to the new engine but at the end the car runs pretty well. Shifts good, no smoke, ac and everything works but a few days ago I got a check engine light and also my turbo only goes to 5-7 psi. Put the computer to it and got the codes p2187 and p0010. It also told me I might need my fuel pump replaced ? I ended up changing my intake solenoid actuator (got it from eBay lol) put it in and the car was still only boosting to 5-7 But the other day my battery came loose and I had to plug it back in which made the check engine light go away. It went it away for a day but during the whole day my turbo was pushing about 15-17 psi but when the light cam back on it would go back to 5-7 But anyways the mechanic did mention the intake tube that

fits on the turbo wasn’t the right fit so there might be leaks so I kind of got some duck tape and went around the tube and I tightened up the clamps. Im going to get the right one From zzp soon. But has anybody else heard of this problem ?

There should be a line connected to the nipple in the circle. It's a PCV line which it being open past the maf can cause all sorts of issues. Getting that line connected (it connects to one of the valve cover pcv nipples) before you start throwing money at other parts.

Is this the Pcv line ? I had it in my trunk. I don’t know much mechanic work so I’m not to familiar with all this but I’d appreciate all the help I can get. Does this line go into that hole ? Where would the other end connect ?

So the left side of the line in the picture goes into the nipple in the intake. The right side should clip into a nipple on the valve cover under the hot side charge pipe (discharge of turbo)
