The first time it happened though I went through all the gears and reverse but it still wouldn't go into first. Let the clutch out and back in multiple times. It barely grinded for half a second and I had the clutch back in and it slid right into 1st no problem.


Update!

Went to the dealer this morning and they failed to duplicate the problem, I even drove around with the tech for half an hour and we couldn't get it to happen again so he told me to make sure I go through all the gears when slowing down and to bring it back if it started happening more often.
