2009 LNF Missfire issue

Thread revival. Still combating the WOT misfire on cylinder 1 (P0301) exclusively now. No other codes thrown other than the occasional P0014 on startup and P0013e for the o2 defouler. Have noticed the car hesitates slightly under acceleration sometimes which makes me wonder if its the same issue just not as apparent when not under 17-20psi.
