Well I have a question, I installed a Bad-Mab DP with the vibrant defouler a few months ago and all was fine until today, I threw a code. I have put about 600-700 miles on it since I installed the downpipe. Any suggestions?

from what i have read, the best option seems to be to get a tune w/ the 420 code disabled. if not, you are stuck having to reset the ecu everytime a cel comes on. for some reason catless downpipes and our cars dont get along too well. lol. hope this helps.

Thanks any idea how much would someone charge for a tune to just turn off the 420 code? I don't have an extra $400 for a full tune.

If you already have an HP Tune, then get the cat less down pipe.. Do you still need a retune? What else can be tuned for after the swap if you already have a tune?

I don't think any come with new gaskets.

I got a catted hahn and it was amazing looking. I don't drive in winter, so it still looks new.

^ If you're sensitive to smells don't do that swap as it won't be worth it haha.

Gut your cat and cut the factory resonator off.

Quick question(from a noob). I'm hopefully getting tuned this saturday a couple hrs away from my location and was going to install my zzp catless dp but upon installation realized I was an idiot and didn't order any o2 bung for the rear o2 sensor. I read alot about how the rear sensor just detects the cat efficiency and won't make the car run rich or lean with out it, is that correct? I would like to install the dp, unplug the rear sensor(expecting cel), and possibly have a shop do the muffler delete option before getting tuned in a few days. Basically, if I unplug the rear o2 sensor, is that going to **** up my car driving 2 hours without it before getting tuned? Thanks.

Seem to remember reading something about 07's having a problem with the rear o2 being deleted.
