Any long term thoughts/reviews of the muffler delete?
I am thinking about giving my car a more aggresive sound and the muffler delete seems like a good option since I would rather not spend upwards of $700 for a cat back exhaust.
I have heard a bunch of these in action thanks to the numerous youtube vids. To those who have done this mod, has the car become annoying over time due to the increased sound or do you still like it?
Any other thoughts on the matter are appreciated.
Thanks

Only time mine is 'too loud' is when I've just started it up and it's in a garage. I had once Started it at the same time as my uncles 66 13second GTO. Mine was louder till it kicked down after about 30sec.
Once it's kicked down it's as quiet as if it had a muffler. You get a few more bangs and pops than you would with the muffler, but that't all. I've had mine cut off for over 10k miles now. Even at high speeds it's not all that loud. I've had mine up to 150mph and it didn't scream at me.

Muffler delete has a heavenly tone right around 2700 rpm...
I've had mine off for several months, and I still find myself turning off the radio and cracking the window to listen to the music of my engine.

i have a different version of the muffler delete because i wanted 3 inch stainless. the only time its really loud is at wot or at start up. for normal driving i've never been hassled about it. personally i would do it
