I spoke with a GM mechanic who mentioned that he had seen several cobalt's with the stage 1 kit on come in for repairs related to the stage 1 kit.

I was curious if those who have put on the GMPP Stage 1 kit have had any problems after putting it on (related or unrelated possibly)? Did your maintenance change at all?

I know it doesn't void your warranty but it's not clear to me if it causes some other part to fail then the warranty will cover it?

 

I think one person has had a blown piston.

Most other problems have been install error.
