anybody throw on a winter tune?
for the winter i am running a bone stock tune. i don't drive the balt
when there is actual snow on the roads, but i do drive it during the winter
when the roads are clear or just wet. does anyone keep their full on tune
during the winter? and why? i also drop down from 93 octane to 91 octane
just to save a few bucks. what does everyone else do??

Full tilt boogie year 'round...'cause I can.
If the snow is more than 3-4" I take the mallcrawler.
I may switch back to a 93 pump gas tune if it gets hard to start in -20*f, but for now I have a can of ether in the trunk. E48 runs the best in it.

I am running my tune all winter I put winter tires on it and it is a bad mothertrucker. I can get through anything I live by a road that is not plowed that I take to work everyday and at 5:30am I am the first car down it 6" of snow sometimes and I make it

dunlop fierce's.
Lightly modded stock tune for winter here. E85 is 25 miles away and that trip is no fun in winter in WI.
93 pump gas.
Gonna keep her out of the weather as much as possible though. Just enough to keep the tires from rotting and gas from spoiling.

you guys probably get some nasty winters in WI.
Last one was pretty mild. Only had like 15" of snow on the ground and temp was only steady -20 for like 2 weeks
.
Really wasn't much worse than any Cleveland winter.
Word on the street is this one's gonna be nasty though
PROTIP: I'm from Cleveland, just stuck up here on this Coast Guard boat
