Question Best Brake setup

So since there wasn't a forum for Brakes and I have an LNF I figured i would thorw this in here. What brakes setups is everyone running I would like to go with the cross drilled rotors but they seem to be hard to come by for the brembo fronts so what is everyone running and where did you get them

R1 Concepts has them but I'd stay with slotted only. I had drilled and slotted, no issues but many have heat cracking issues when tracking drilled rotors. Call and ask for the Premium rotors for the SS/TC.

Stock front pads are the best, (Ferodo). Orig stock rears have the best stopping power, but the rotor threading issue has many switching to Hawk HPS pads.

Stock pads are Ferodo 1000, which are better than Hawk. Don't buy on hawk name alone.

Don't buy some cheap ass slotted and drilled rotors. Stay stock or get the powell 2 piece brake rotors. Also you'll want upgraded brake lines, powell has those as well.

Stock is the best set up. Although, I have been in another cobalt with the R1 premium and it definitely grabs better than stock rotors. As for pads, I would never switch to hawk again. Stock Ferodo hp1000 are the best. Same **** comes in R8/Ctsv etc.
