best ic between zzp, treadstone and mpx?

I need to buy a new ic cause the dealer is saying my stock one is broken from damage and they're not covering it. i rather go aftermarket cause i dont want the same thing to happen twice. I'm gms1 with a catted dp.

which is the best between the $350 zzp, $350 mpx and the $300 treadstone? any have known issues? i need to order asap and i tried searching, but the searching sucks on this site. thanks guyhs

Ive tuned all lnfs with different ics. . From zzp to a.shitty ebay one. the best.results were seen with the.zzp ic.. I have one myself now and i used to have a.hahn ic. My iat2s dropped 6° just from changing the ic.. Most other ics were.about 2-3 above the.zzp ic! ..

The treadstone is a nice ic but its ability to keep the intake air cooler then say the zzp one is insufficient. The tr10 would be a nice ic to go with if the innercooler actually was.getting hit by incoming air.. The bittom portion will be but its.worthless.unless u cut ure bumper. It has the ability to hold.more.cfm with.a.decent.boost.drop but.still not worth it......

well i guess i'm leaning towards zzp even though i've had a problem with their downpipe and never got a response. Whats the deal with the upgraded hoses with them? its a 85 option but doesnt explain what they benefit?

Zzp's ic pipe hot side uses the stock rubber hoses. The upgraded ones replace those

what do you mean rubber hoses? I thought the stock piping was one piece? is it a real benefit to spend the extra 85? or will it connect with some elbow grease to the stock stuff?

Do you have the ZZP Upper Charge Pipe? If no then you don't need the Upgraded Silicone not rubber couplers

If you do then its your choice

I have the ZZP Upper CP, and Intercooler and i did get the upgraded couplers and clamps cause they are much nicer

I have the treadstone TR12 and that monster does its job! My IAT's never break 90* And most of the time its same as ambient temp and sometimes its a couple degree's lower lol.. Fitment is awesome and spools fast even though its actually too big for my setup.

I'm serious lol.. Ask byt I think it was 2* lower after a dyno pull I don't know how but the IC was cold to the touch prob from the big fan IDK... The only downside it covers the whole radiator and coolant temp is a few * hotter when parked.

zzp's IC piping does not come with silicone couplers. You have to cut your stock ones off. I find them flimsy and weak so I suggest buying their upgraded couplers OR going with a different brand IC pipes.

I have a TR8, and I'm wondering if it's even doing anything better than my stock. Not sure, I guess it's a direct replacement for the stock one so you don't break the plastic ends.

Part of me wishes I would have gone with MPx Intercooler, but I'd never buy a ZZP, it hangs too low.
