Most GMS1 upgrades see about 270-275whp and 280-290wtq ( My buddies HHHRSS made 286 and 289 with the GMS1 and a catback)
We have to take into consideration the reduction in GM's CLAIMED power increases are less on the Cobalt than the HHR due to the lack of a better air intake system, the so called Stage 2, that hasn't materialized as yet and probably won't. That's why Bill Duncan on GM Tuner Source suggested getting an aftermarket air intake a while back. I think that was the writing on the wall.

By the way. Is anybody else having difficulties navigating the GM Tuner Source website?

i love my superchips its fast enough for me lol. i trap 102-104 at the 1/4 mile with it.
plus it clears cel's
and if u need to go back to the dealership you just gota return to stock tune. takes less then 1 min to switch the tunes. and idk if you use launch control but it lowers it to 4k

GMS1 you can purchase it from Crate Engine Depot it is the cheapest that is were i bought mine for $485. You will still have to take it to the dealership and pay them to install it which most people are paying around $200 dollars so a total of $700 dollars after all said and done!! And you keep the factory warranty thats why i went with the GMS1.

If i wasnt concerned with the warranty i would get the Trifecta tune i have heard great things about it and have seen some Dyno sheets and that tune puts up some big numbers.
