vince and zzp are THE cutting edge in LNF tuning

 

Actually the tunes can be shitty. After all each one starts its life as a canned tune. If you just flash it and send the cable back, you will have a generic, sometimes crappy tune on your car.

For the ones who got "bad" tunes, someone wasnt taking care of you making sure you got what you need (independent tuners). If you go directly through Vince and tell him you think your tune is crappy, he will not stop until you are satisfied.

Give Vince some quality logs and some time to work on it, and you will end up with something that is on-par or better than anything that can be done with HPT.

Add the select-a-tune feature, and HPT cant touch it. (literally, you cant read trifecta tunes with HPT, but you can still datalog)

Disclaimer: Yes I'm an independent vendor for trifecta. No I don't make any money doing it. I also love my HPT.

There's been more than that, and half the issues are undetectable if you don't look for them.

 

the guy is a highly respected tuner on this site and has posted many dyno graphs. im sure you know dozens and dozens of faulty cars. i think your talking out of your ass.

all the guys that have been at this game for quiet a while, pumping out big numbers and no toasted engines. will all sing the same tune that i am.

i have seen quite a bit of people complain about Brians (Areas) tunes before. Not trying to get involved in this, just bringing the facts. If you don't believe me then do some research on the missouri specific board i know i sure did

FYI not every car is the same, so not every tune is the same. im sorry you got the short end of the stick on yours, but even so you probably could of drove your car a LONG TIME, with no problems. luckily our hero 06 black was here to save you from utter destruction ha...right.

Lol this kid is an idiot, my car wasn't fine it, it had problems since day 1 more than likely but I would never had known if someone didn't log it for me, as soon as he told me and saw the tune he literally told me to put my stock ECU in as soon as we stopped. Yeah greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat tune huh? I wouldn't get rid of your car with that shitty tune on it.
