You do realize the 20G is NOT water cooled. Right? Oil in, oil out.... done.

I didnt do anything to the stock lnf lines that i cut... slid over some i think 3/8ths or 1/4 hose, used two hose clamps. Never had a problem with them

Okay the lines are all hooked up. Now i got some vacuum caps for the by pass system on the intake mani fold. Is that what you guys did? What did you do to block the lower charge pipe nipple off. I have a zzp lower charge pipe

Are you controlling boost manually?

No...

But i was told to block them all off..

Omiotek DM me your number so i can clear this up. All i have left to do is do whatever to those vacuum hoses and get a blow off valve

If your controlling boost with the ecu just cap off the bpv port and leave the rest like stock. T the bov into the line going right to the manifold. Sorry I don't give my number out. Done it one too many times and had one to many people burn me for information and calling me at 1-2am. So I'm not doing it anymore.

Hahaha thats alright. I don't blame you. So leave everything alone besides capping the nipple off that ran to the stock bpv. And then the hose in the middle of the intake manifold i get a T connector and route the bov to it

Did you delete or retain the vacuum tank?

Personally, I would remove the bpv solenoid and all it's lines as a whole. Then just cap the nipple on the lower charge pipe, and run the vac/boost line direct from the manifold port to the bov. No need for any T's in the system at that point and it cleans up the engine bay of items that are just simply not needed.

Okay and what about the sensor? And obviously running the bov right to manifold you would have to cap off the vacuum nipple on the vacuum tank right?

Okay so since im physically not at my car thats why i ask all these questions now lol. But i have it figured out. Intake mani to bov. cap lower charge pipe. Take off tank underneath car. Good to go lol. But what does the sensor connect to? Sorry not at my car lol. Will it throw a code or light?

Cap the bov port and leave everything else alone. Leave the line that goes down to the charge pipe from the solenoid too. Idk why your trying to cap it.

If your deleting the vacuum tank all your going to do is not take the line off the manifold and the line off the solenoid and run a line from the solenoid directly to the manifold. Then you will splice a t into that line.

What sensor are you referring to? There's no sensors that would need to be touched so I'm going to assume for the moment you are talking about the bpv solenoid on the manifold. Like I mentioned earlier, the bpv solenoid is not going to be used in conjunction with a bov setup so you can simply delete it as a whole, along with the vac lines. All that need to be capped in the case is the nipple on the lower charge pipe. Very easy. No T fittings no nothing. Just go direct from the manifold vac/boost port to the bov at that point.

Why even bother keeping any of it though? Makes no sense really.
