anybody ever done it and how would U do it paint anodize heat coating?

Anodized would work but any paint or coating would effect the heat transfer.

A black heat shedding coating is what i would do, like what performance autowerks does to their intercoolers. Might as well have it look good and function better as well

hmm yea i pmd matt from werks about it but i was gonna buy a zzp one so yee lol well see what he says anodize is probably what i do but dunno if i can do it flat black lol

You need: black heat emissive paint

It's what they used on the Grand National GNX Intercoolers back in the day. There are places that sell it still.

just use VHT flat black paint, light coat and ur set, unless you auto-cross or do hardcore driving and heat soak is an issue.

As long as you dont spray it down into the fins that coating on the front face won't effect it tooo much no matter what paint you use. There is still 3-4" thick core to do the cooling work
