This is a picture of the inlet side of the turbo. It looks very similar to the picture earlier in the thread. It doesn't have a lot of play up, and down. It did have quit a bit side to side. Also a side not it might be common to have some oil in your intake, but when i pulled off the inlet pipe oil poured out.

 

As long as I'm replacing the turbo does anyone know a cheap turbo upgrade I could do?

There is a ton of info and pricing for bolt on and aftermarket turbos on the forums. 20g, zfr, bnr, and etc...
