boost issue - tried everything please help

so here is the run down

my car has gotten reduced engine power, low boost and flutter

i have all hahn boltons (intake, exhaust, dwnpipe, piping, ic) and also a forge bpv

i also have gms1

flutter was the sensor rubbing on the ac - fixed
reduced engine power - something in the fuel system, fixed
low boost - they cannot figure this one out, i know it is not the parts because all these problems minus the flutter (sound was likely not as pronounced before so i may have not noticed) happened before the parts were put on, low boost especially.

the sensors have been soldered, harnesses extended etc.

so now its just this low boost issue, and its not in limp mode because the engine is running fine its like a 4 cylinder without a turbo basically, it also happens really intermittantly as in the car will run fine for 2, 3, 4 weeks straight then out of the blue this happens, next key cycle it goes away.

everyone is quick to jump to "aftermarket parts" because they are an easy target to pick on but i have had problems since the get go and now this is the last thing that i am trying to get fixed

i am at my wits end, i think the wastegate is f-ed, its also an 2010 so the dealer might have missed the wastegate tsb from 2009

please help me

Wastegate or boost leak most likely. Check all your piping to make sure its tight and check your intercooler for cracks in the end tanks. Also try pulling your purge valve solenoid plug before you do all of that to see if it affects it at all.

do you have the stock parts to put back on? were the gm sensors wired right>? I have a similar issue and chevy had my car for a month and flew in an engineer to find out i had a cracked stock ic...which is what i told this it probably was when i brought it in adn they insisted that they boost leak tested the piping....which they didnt. have you pressure tested the piping to make sure there are no leaks?

also, why did you modify a car under warranty that was having problems to begin with?

Betting its the wiring on the GMS1 MAP sensors, they need to be soldered.

Idk, OP says they are soldered in the first post. That's what I thought at first too until I saw what he posted.

ya they are soldered, this is the only problem that is re occuring now, everything else is fixed

just the intermittent boost, and very intermittent - once ever 2 to 3 weeks only for a key cycle

i do have the stock parts to put back on but this issue has been there since before so i know its something they arent checking

Check your Evap Purge solenoid. It could be malfunctioning and venting boost into your gas tank.

Unplug it and cap the line is the way to check it.

Your valves are probably dirty inside, which is leading to boost problems. The car can't boost properly when the carbon build-up is caked on. I am dealing with the same issue. The dealership should clean our your valves when the head is off.

Mine would be strange too. The car builds no boost in 2nd, but as soon as I'm in 3rd, all the boost is right there.

It's finiky and every day is different.

I am getting a new head.

First I would remove the intake and reset the ECU.

Then I would remove the GMS1 sensors and make sure they are a tight fit. The O-rings suck and can cause a boost leak around them.
