Boost problem

I have a problem with my cobalt ss 09 when I arrive at 12psi I drop the pounds of turbo and me not climb again unless you turn off the car.

Someone had the same problem?

You have a pending code and the car is going into slight limp. Get a scanner tool and read it. You can do this at any auto parts store.
