The bpv with sri was cool at first and all but I don't think its as loud as a bov. It gets close but I gott be at like 20 psi to get it loud. Lol. I'm contemplating doing it since I'm in the market for charge pipes and another tune anyways and I have a hks sitting around. Personally I like the attention it brings at the local car meets and such. Like how people spend 500 for an exhaust that gets .561724 hp when tuned

again not all exhausts are the same just like not all charge piping is the same...thicker gauges, higher quality stainless, different resonators, mufflers, flanges etc etc. just like people complain about intercooler prices....they arent all the same.... i only know one company using garret cores atm...i forget what hahn uses but all the rest are using over seas cores im pretty sure as they wont specify.

I'm just saying how people pay for things not worth the price to attract attention. I'm so guilty of that. Lol. I'm guessing that's why hahns intercoolers cost twice as much?

Holy hell!!! $5000 I could do some damage with that right there... but one big thing remains... the transmission which in these cars tend to be rather... ummm delicate sometimes.

Catless DP: Treadstone, ZZP, MPx, Badmab
Exhaust: no resonator and a borla or something... I'm getting one, got a little too much highway drone with 3 inches of nothing the whole way
Intake: I would say SRI because of easy cleaning access
Tune: Trifecta base with the E85 that is soon to be released and an HP tune combo file
Intercooler piping: one with a BOV... and a MAF Relocate to the Lower CP
Intercooler: I like my TR8, or the ZZP one but the roads here blow and the ZZP hangs lower then I like.
Turbo: BNR stage 2 for me but Treadstone has a sick mani that bolts to a T3 style turbo, ZZP has some upgrades there as well.

Well ZZP runs a modified LNF trans in their 10 second LSJ cobalt. I would check into some rotated mounts and stuff reduce wheel hop. From reading on here and elsewhere the wheelhop seems to be the critical ***** in the trans armor. I don't NLS mine some guys do so its really up to you. I'm not sure which trans dodge put in the SRT-4 but I hear good and bad abaout it... seems like a real tossup, the LNF trans will be good as long as you don't get too crazy. I don't own a shop car like ZZP's so I shift mine with care since I have to pay to play.

exactly no matter what you do pay to play....IF i were you op and you plan to upgrade the turbo i would just hold off on the bov for now and when the time comes get your charge piping with the bov and a maf relocation. the bpv is perfectly fine up to 24psi. do the airbox mod for now and save up for your turbo kit this way you are not trying to sell stock replacement parts later. all turbo kits require different intakes downpipes and most you can reuse stock style charge pipes but like i said i would just save up and do this all at once with that kind of budget

see everyone says oh just add an intake and u can here ur BPV.

problem is only one intake was proven to flow better than a modified stock box. when I had my car. we werent hitting over 450 hp. even with the aftermarket turbo. the ECu still needed to be figured out. especially HP tuners.

call me rice all u want. but with the stock bpv spring and stock modified intake box. i could never hear it. So when I installed a BOV kit on it. it showed me true PSI blow off. i loved it

My coupe has a Tial Q BOV, and my Sedan has a Forge BPV. The forge is just as loud as the Tial Q when an SRI is on.

Our turbo right now is quite sufficient. It works very well for a factory turbo car. Now there are good upgrades but you will start to see increased spool times but they are more efficient as far as flow goes.

ZZP comes with a brand new turbo....
its on the record holding car for the fastest LNF...

you can also get a kit with a BOV

Cobalt & Ion ---> ZZ Performance

but hey do what you want, you can get a turbonetics T66 on there take 6K rpms to hit full spool and have 1K rpms of 500WHP
