BPV spring causing flutter

So I changed out the stock BPV sping with the Dejon spring and I an getting A lot of flutter in the turbo at low RPM's and boost. Is this bad? Is it going to cause any damage to the turbo or any long term effects?

Get the ForgeBPV, it saved my life. Seriously, I was in combat in Nam and that thing dragged me out of the jungle along with like 3 of my buddies. I lost my two legs but I am much better now. Married and happy. Wait, isn't that the plot of Forrest Gump. Well, he might tell you to RUN RAIDERNATION RUN!!!!
