agreed, if you can find a local with HPTuners or talk to Trifecta about a tune.

It does seem strange that they are still so crazy expensive when compared to any other tuning option....and I dont think it is as good as the cheaper tunes either from what I have seen.

If they dropped the price to around $500 it would make a whole lot more sense because at least you get to keep the tuner, but at almost $1000 why would anybody buy it?

^^^ no one knows because its pointless to spend that amount of money on a palm tuner when you can get a custom dyno tune for that price or hp tuners or trifecta for less.

That still seems like a crazy expensive price for just a tune.

I have Hahn's BSR PPC tuner and am very happy with the difference in performance and the improved fuel mileage. The one plus to consider: if I do need to take my car to the dealer, I can easily reload the stock tune. I hope that this advantage makes up for the steep price.

It wont if they decide to check into it. Going back to stock or not, they can still tell you tuned it.

It doesnt...... They can still tell its been flashed, the price isnt set by Hahn its set by BSR basically.... My guess is it probably cost Hahn $500-$600 to purchase BSR's tune and tuner and then they resell it at a set price negotiated by BSR....

It isn't. I have the Trifecta Tune with the cable so I can switch back if needed and it was only $450 + shipping.
