Problem is if I'm not mistaken if they use zzp it is a mustang dyno, the previous dyno was a dynojet there is going to be probably a reduction of numbers here. So most people glancing will only notice this and not the fact that two different types of dyno's were used. Just my .02.

The proof will be in the flow through the maf. If we see it flowing in the 39-40lb/min area then we know it is capable of producing 30-40 more HP over the stock wheel. I'm wondering if it will be able to make HP into the 6k rpms range and not fall off at 5600 like the stocker

So this wheel is only for the K04 compressor housing right? Is there something that is about the size of the 2871 that can be installed on the BNR hybrid? Might be interesting to see what it would produce since the compressor housing is for a 2871.
Looking forward to the results of this on the K04.

who ever's turbo this is, i believe it's ryro's. will still have their own dyno done.
BEP wants to test this turbo before giving it to him, making sure they didn't just build a shiny paper weight. but because they can't flow it on their turbo dyno zzp agreed to put it on an lnf and test it. whether its matts car, a stock lnf, or fitted on to ryans car, you will be able to tell if the turbo is flowing more, and making more whp, increased power band than a stock ko4 would.
i do like cranemaster's idea though. test a bone stock down to the tire lnf with this wheel and gms1, see where that gets people. flash tune, some sensors, and a wheel upgrade for under $1,500 and you can get 320ishwhp and 300+ torque while looking 100% stock?? yes please.

Ok, cool. Maybe I'll stock up on it then for those crazy weekends when I want 450+whp on the s252 since I am putting cams in as well eventually. Meth + e85 should help a lot. I know my family used to stock up on kerosene for our stove back in the day in a 55gallon drum.

Kerosene is more like diesel than gasoline so it will act differently. I think if we should contact the Company that makes Stabil and see if it's okay for E. I think anything past two weeks would see some moisture absorption.

Stabil makes something for fuels with e, but I think its more like something to make it seem like the e isnt there for the purpose of not corroding parts, because e will eat through fiber glass and aluminum if it its in/on it.

i know what you're talking about. i can't think of the name of it, theres a few variations. but people use it when running methonal or ethanol for fuel. because those two don't have the lubricating properties that gasoline does, then mix this in with it so everything gets the proper lubrication. a lot of people also have them scented. so if youre ever at the track and think a loud grape or strawberry just drove by...they're probably running methanol or ethanol like e98

Thats weird. Stabil just started selling it a couple years after e10 hit the market and phased out normal gas. Pretty much small engine only type stuff to keep you from corroding the fuel tanks and carburetor jets.

Guys, a few pages back I posted on here that I had called Bullseye Power about our BNR GT2871r's. Unfortunately they do not have a wheel made for the GT28 and R&D would have to be done to make one. When I asked about the R&D he said that a minimum of 25 wheels would have to be made in order to get a final product. That means that 25 wheels would need to get paid for up front, that a lot of mula! So unless we round up a good group of people they will not make a wheel.

Your guess is as good as mine. The only thing that he told me was that for smaller turbo's they don't have to make as many wheels for a final project. I thought the same thing, this turbo being used widely by many and they don't have a wheel? Weird but I spoke with the head guy there. I'll be down to put my part but we just need a good group which there is a handful of GT2871r guys here and a handful on Skyroadster.com.

Yeah, I know that. I was just meaning that we had a 55 gallon drum out back with a standard gate valve fitted to it and it never leaked and seemed to work well. I was just questionable as to whether it was air tight or not because usually if something isn't it draws moisture eventually but if something is sealed air tight I would think it wouldn't draw moisture as easily but only when you pull the E from it. Closest station to my house is 130 miles away.
