i just don't know where I can get a co2 filled...
Probably around places that specifically deal in welding supplies or maybe an "AirGas" Dealer. At least that's how everyone around here gets Nitrous Oxide and I'm sure they have Carbon Dioxide as well since it is a commercial gas provider. You could even adapt the kit to use paintball tanks to make it even easier to fill up. I know they make a kit for my Hobart welder to adapt it to paintball CO2.

Dodge also offered it on the SRT4 if I am not mistaken.

What you do is you mist the IC with water first , then use either N20 or Co2 to "freeze"the water on to the fins of the IC resulting in the core being cold and the air going across it will be the temperature of the frozen water .. It's just a light mist ... This is what some people are doing now with great results they make kits specifically for it . First it sprays water then it sprays the co2 to freeze or super chill it.

Modern Performance has one for SRT that can be used on our car...not Co2, but water.

Mopar Stage 2/3 Complete Water Sprayer kit 03-05 SRT4 - Intercoolers & Pressure Piping

If you dont currently have a stage 2/3 kit you can use this kit on your car along with about $15 worth of parts from Radio Shack:

power and ground wiring which you can connect directly to battery
inline fuse
power switch

Id rather go the route of just running a liquid sprayer.
