car wont start after intercooler piping install

I have everything tightened down well, all piping stays on but when I go to turn over it wont idle, it lopes for a second smells super rich and dies.

check the sensor that goes in the cold charge pipe...since u installed only charge piping i dont see how u could of messed with your MAF...

maybe he forgot to plug the map sensor in again after installing it in the new pipe

only did hot side no sensor on it

hmmm that doesnt sound right... hmm, u try resetting the ECM...unplug ur battery for about 30 seconds than plug it back in..

i think i may have had the intercooler coupler on ****-eyed gunna try to look tomorrow its too dark now. I gave a tug on it and it came right off(i know i tightened them good). I'm pretty sure I'll have it fixed tomorrow. The car was loping so it had to be air flow related.. but hell I had a cammed camaro for 35 secs.

lol well check it out, that could def be it if the coupler wasnt on all the way

Did you fix it yet? If any of the couplers were so loose that they just slid right off even though you clamped them tight there is something not right there. Which brand CP did you get? Make sure you use silicone couplers and t bolt clamps. Worm drive clamps and rubber couplers will not hold well especially on the IC.

I got the injen and yeah it blows off the intercooler all the time, I have them on good now. I've had about 4-5 pulls with no loss in pressure or couplers blowing apart
