CEL, engine misfiring

So as the title says, my car is misfiring...nothing bad just an occasional miss, and it jars the car and scares the **** outta me...and ideas on the solution to this? I have 36,500 miles on the car fyi...

whens the last time you changed your plugs? What are they gaped to?

I havent changed em' and the motor was rebuilt at 32,000k so Id like to hope they changed the plugs...but ill replace them, whats a suggested plug and gap for a TC with mods and tune?

swap every 10k on a tuned car and between .030-.032 not .3!

also stock plugs are good napa sells them
